Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Search terms entered into a sponsored search tool are sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and returns its results. We do not keep a separate log of the names or case numbers submitted through that tool.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email us, we retain the message so it can be answered. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Like most websites, our servers receive limited technical information when a page loads.
- Internet protocol address associated with the visit
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- Referring site, when one is supplied
- Timestamp information for page requests
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files a browser can store on a device. We use them and analytics services to understand aggregate traffic, page performance, and navigation patterns. Browser settings can block cookies, although some features may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
The limited information described above is used for operating and improving the resource.
- Maintaining availability and page performance
- Directing a search query to the relevant partner service
- Understanding broad usage patterns
- Diagnosing technical problems
- Supporting advertising that may be interest based
No Court-Record Data on File
We do not host, compile, maintain, or sell a court-docket database or personal case-record database. This resource describes where Isanti County court records can be sought from Court Administration, the Isanti County District Court, and the statewide MCRO service. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes used here. Information entered in one of those tools is governed by that company’s privacy practices, retention choices, and sharing policies. We do not control those practices. Review the provider’s current policy before submitting a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links to Court Administration, MCRO, Minnesota Judicial Branch pages, and other resources leave this site. The linked organization’s policy applies after the visit moves there. Read that policy before providing personal details.
Advertising partners can use their own systems to measure activity across sites and present interest-based advertising. That activity is not operated by this site.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Limited information can be processed by the following categories of recipient.
- Search partners that receive a query run through their tool
- Analytics services used for traffic and performance measurement
- Advertising networks that display advertisements
- Government or law-enforcement bodies when a valid legal demand requires disclosure
How We Protect Your Data
We use ordinary safeguards intended to protect information we collect. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure, so no website can promise that a security incident will never occur.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If a minor’s information has been submitted, contact us so it can be addressed.
Your Data Rights
For court-file access, Minnesota’s Rule 8 of the Rules of Public Access to Records of the Judicial Branch and Rule 4 govern public and restricted court records; Minnesota Statutes §13.03 is a general government-data provision and does not replace the Judicial Branch rules for a court file. Depending on applicable privacy law, you may also ask us about data we hold about you.
- Request a copy of personal information held about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of information where applicable
- Ask about an available opt-out for specified processing
Updates to This Policy
We can revise this policy. A revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, so review this page when you want the current statement.
